| Situated
in the village of St Keverne, The Coach House is a very comfortable
cottage with a pretty courtyard behind. It was sympathetically converted
to a high standard from the old coach house and stable for the White
Hart public house about 10 years ago. The building was originally
built in 1820 and retains a lot of character with its beamed ceilings
and feature stone walls. St Keverne is a friendly village centred
around the very historic village square with its church, two
good pubs one an award winning restaurant, village store, newsagent,
post office, butcher and an excellent bistro. From here the Helford
River is only a few minutes away.Cadgwith is only about a 15 minute
drive away and the main towns of Falmouth, Truro, Penzance, St Ives
are all within easy reach. The area has many beautiful walks both
inland and coastal and also available locally are such activities
as sea fishing, scuba diving and sailing.
