Good restaurants, two excellent pubs, bakeries, Spar shop, craft shops, delicatessen and a park with children’s play area are all within a 5 minute walk from the house. You can while away the hours taking a stroll on the cliff path with the beautiful beaches of Pollurian and Poldhu being only 15 - 20 minute walk and stunning Kynance Cove being just a little further along the coast. The picturesque harbour of Mullion cove is within easy reach. Arranz has been very tastefully refurbished this year and offers excellent holiday accommodation in a great area for young and old.

Ground Floor: Entrance Porch: leads into hallway. Lounge/Dining Room with comfortable seating, colour TV with free view, CD, DVD and video. There are also a Play station and selection of books /videos for your use (just in case it rains!). Dining table and chairs. Kitchen with breakfast area: new kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Leads out to the attractive conservatory with cane furniture. Patio: with hardwood table and chairs and sun loungers under the palm tree. Garden: enclosed rear garden with trees and shrubs.

First Floor: Three bedrooms. All attractively furnished. Double bedroom with wash basin. Twin Bedroom. Bunk bedded room. All with country views. Shower room with washbasin and WC. Separate WC.

Parking: space for 2 cars. Heating: night storage and electric heaters.

Recently stayed at Arranz in Mullion (Easter 2007) and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The house has all mod cons and everything provided for and there are lovely beaches, coves and places of interest so close by. Ideal for families. Would thoroughly recommend it. Mullion has many amenities too and it's so close to Helston you needn't want for anything
