away in the centre of The Lizard village around a peaceful courtyard
you will find Bass Cottage. Here you are surrounded by the sea -
a short walk to Church Cove or Kynance Cove gives you breathtaking
scenery almost on your doorstep. At the most southerly point you
must visit the Polpeor café where you can sit and watch boats
and ships passing by - even the occasional seal may be there to
entertain you. The village offers all the amenities that you could
wish for - the Top House Inn, several restaurants, a butcher and
delicatessen, general grocery store and the world famous Ann's pasty
shop. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and offers a high
quality attractive base from which to explore this particularly
beautiful part of Cornwall.

dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Dining table and chairs.
Large spacious lounge: with comfortable seating, colour TV, digibox,
DVD player, mini hifi. Electric coal effect stove. French windows
lead out to sheltered patio.
First Floor: Main double bedroom with sea glimpses. Bunk bedded
room. Twin bedded room. Bathroom: with bath and overhead shower,
WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Patio courtyard ideal for
a barbecue. Heating: night storage and electric fires. Special note:
No smoking in the cottage.
