of the area are within easy reach - long sandy beaches, pretty fishing
coves and spectacular cliff walks.
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and enjoys lawn
areas at the front and rear of the property, bordered by farmland.
Cadgwith Cove, Ruan Minor and The Lizard village are all about 2 miles
away.

and arm chair, colour television, VHS and DVD player. Door leads out
to garden. Kitchen: newly fitted with electric cooker, microwave,
washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment. Double Bedroom and
Twin Bedded room. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC. Separate
WC. Garden: with table and chairs. Heating: night storage and electric
heating. Electricity: £1.00 coin meter. Parking: space for 2
cars. Pets: one small friendly dog welcome. |

Nash, August 2008
A very clean and well-furnished cottage which more than met our
expectations. A quiet location with no disturbance from anyone else.
A good base for exploring The Lizard, with its wonderful beaches.
