The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and enjoys lawn areas at the front and rear of the property, bordered by farmland. Cadgwith Cove, Ruan Minor and The Lizard village are all about 2 miles away. Accommodation: Lounge/Dining Room: with dining table and chairs, settee and arm chair, colour television, VHS and DVD player. Door leads out to garden. Kitchen: newly fitted with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment. Double Bedroom and Twin Bedded room. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC. Separate WC. Garden: with table and chairs. Heating: night storage and electric heating. Electricity: £1.00 coin meter. Parking: space for 2 cars. Pets: one small friendly dog welcome. |
