Garden Cottage is very aptly named as the light and airy house is surrounded by a large attractive garden which can be seen from all the rooms.  From upstairs you can even see the sea.  Coverack Bay is only a 15 minute walk away, so the only decision you will have to make is whether to enjoy the garden or explore the treasures of The Lizard.  Pretty coves and long sandy beaches are only a short distance away.  Alternatively enjoy Elizabeth’s pasties in the village or a special cream tea at Roskilly’s Dairy farm – everyone loves watching the cows being milked.  Coverack offers good shops, restaurant, pub and windsurfing for the more energetic.  The Cornish seaside towns of Penzance, Falmouth and St Ives are only about a half hour drive away.  But beware - after exploring this part of Cornwall you won’t want to travel far.Accommodation:  Ground Floor:  Large entrance hallway.  Lounge:  attractive light room with comfortable seating and chaise longue, TV, DVD and video player and open fire.  Kitchen: newly fitted with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave.  Large pantry.  Dining room: with table and chairs leads to long sun room; catches the sun for most of the day and where the garden meets the house.  Table and chairs and comfy seating.  Twin bedroom. Double bedroom.  Bathroom: with bath, electric shower over and washbasin. Separate WC. 

First Floor:  Large pretty double bedroom with painted wood panels.  Ensuite bathroom:  with bath, hand shower, wash basin and WC.

Heating:  night storage, open fire and electric heaters.  Garden:  with table and chairs. Parking: Just outside.  Broadband available.
