with washbasin. Outside door leads to Utility Room with washing
machine and tumble drier. Large Lounge: with comfortable

First floor: Double bedroom: beautifully furnished with ensuite
shower room with WC and washbasin, views over the cove. Twin
bedroom with wooden floor and 2 single beds, views over Cadgwith
and the sea. Double bedroom (king size): a light room with
sea views and door leading out to garden. Bathroom: with
bath, WC and washbasin. Garden: multi level terraced patio,
beautiful sea views. Note: There are low beams and the staircase
is narrow. The steps up to the garden are steep and, although railed
for safety, they may be unsuitable for young children and older
people. Parking: space for one car outside and 2 cars 500
yards away. Heating: oil fired central heating and multi
fuel burning stove. It is necessary to provide logs, coal etc.
