Bathroom: with bath, WC and washbasin. Garden: multi level terraced patio, beautiful sea views. Note: There are low beams and the staircase is narrow. The steps up to the garden are steep and, although railed for safety, they may be unsuitable for young children and older people. Parking: space for one car outside and 2 cars 500 yards away. Heating: oil fired central heating and multi fuel burning stove. It is necessary to provide logs, coal etc.
