| Half a mile
from Cadgwith Cove, this private hide-away is compact and cosy. Little
Barn has been newly and imaginatively converted into open plan studio
accommodation. Little Barn, once a milking parlour, has walls two
feet thick and with the use of much natural wood, there is a very
traditional feel to the property. The French windows open onto a large
patio area, which catches the evening sunshine. There is a bar-b-que
built into the stone wall. Table and chairs and sun-loungers are provided
so this is an ideal retreat to relax.
Accommodation:
Four granite
steps lead up to the stable door entrance to the barn.
Double bed
area: 4'6" double bed with built in wardrobe and deep silled
windows.
Kitchen/Dining
area: A hand crafted kitchen with electric cooker (extractor
oven), fridge, microwave and automatic washing machine. Central
section with table and chairs. Comfortable chairs to enjoy colour
T.V., video, radio and C.D. player.
French windows
to patio.
Bathroom:
Very spacious with double size, electric shower cubicle, W.C., wall
heater, electric shaver point and wash basin.
Heating:
Electric panel heaters.

What a fantastic place to stay just right for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and life. The location is very quiet and ideally situated for walks to Cadgwith and the coastal path, Lizard is easily accessible from this cottage.
We found the cottage very cosy and suitably furnished and well equiped with plenty of space outdoors to sit and enjoy meals or reading. A parking space is allocated beside the cottage.
The owner were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
We would highly recommend this to anyone and we hope to return in the next year to recharge our batteries.

In these days of hustle and bustle, Little Barn is a wonderful retreat. Beautifully presented and very comfortable. Lovely quiet garden, with only the sounds of birds and the clip clop of passing horses with a delightful BBQ area.
Wonderful walking to the Cove and with in easy reach of the entire Lizard area.
The hosts Pam & Paul are close by if needed and are extremely friendly and helpful.
We come back on a regular basis,from Queensland, Australia.
Please keep it a well kept secret!!
