Meadowside is ideally located for exploring the Lizard Peninsula, its picturesque coves and beautiful beaches. Only a mile eastwards from Poldhu Cove and the renowned clifftop golf course at Mullion and a short drive from the bustling village of Mullion with its shops, pubs and cafes.Stunning Kynance Cove, scenic Cadgwith, Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and the spectacular coastal footpath are all just a short drive away.
Meadowside has been recently updated, it is a well-positioned, two bedroom, detached bungalow with beautiful gardens to three sides. There is ample parking on the driveway for two cars.
The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms, a newly appointed family bathroom with shower over bath, sitting room, newly appointed kitchen and conservatory with dining area.

Bathroom with newly appointed suite comprising bath with glass screen and with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Kitchen with newly appointed units and work surfaces, dual aspect with window overlooking the rear garden and window into the conservatory.

Conservatory with dining area and additional seating, patio door leading out into rear garden.
Sitting room with comfortable seating, television and DVD player, window overlooking the front garden.
The garden is completely enclosed with a gated driveway. There is ample parking for two cars on the driveway.
The front garden is laid mainly to lawn with shrubs. There is a further garden to the side, again with lawn and shrubs. The rear garden is laid to lawn with further shrubs and trees. There is ample seating which includes a teak table with four chairs, a garden bench, picnic table and steamers chair. |

We had a great time at Meadowside, it is such a gorgeous bungalow, very comfortable and homely. We were lucky to get the first week of the springtime weather and enjoyed visiting all the Coves, harbours and towns in the surrounding area. We had a great time, Meadowside was great, with plenty of room inside and plenty of outdoor space for the boys to play including the park next door, which was a bonus.Poldu Cove proved to be a favourite with the lads for bodyboarding and the attendence of the lifeguards adds to a more relaxing holiday.
The quality of all the amenities at Meadowside was excellent and it's in a good position for accessing the rest of the Lizard, Penzance and beyond. Hopefully we,ll see You both again in the not too distant future.' Mr E, Leicester - August 2010 |
