in 2003, and tucked away from the road, Pen-y-Craig is a private,
semi-detached house built in the early 1900’s. It has a lot of
character with much use of natural wood and traditional fireplaces.
With Cadgwith on your doorstep you are able to enjoy the cove and
all it has to offer. Pen-y-Craig is in an ideal position from which
to enjoy a relaxing beach or walking holiday or a base for exploring
Cornwall – the Eden project is only about an hour’s drive
away!
Accommodation: Porch leads into kitchen/dining room, well equipped with electric cooker, dish washer, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dining table and chairs. Lounge: comfortably furnished with colour TV, DVD and video. Sea glimpses through the trees. Bedroom with double and single beds. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin. Upstairs to bedroom with double bed, separate WC shower and wash basin. Heating: oil fired central heating (available on request for a charge of £20.00 per week) and electric fire. Open fire available on request. Garden: sheltered garden and patio, table and chairs ideal for enjoying the sunshine and eating outdoors. Special Note: out of high season the ground floor can be let separately at a price reduction of 25%. |
