The villages of Cadgwith Cove and Ruan Minor are almost interwoven as only a few fields divide the two and Penmaur is the very first house you see as you approach Ruan Minor from the cove. Close to the sea and to all Ruan Minor’s amenities this detached bungalow is a great place to stay with easy parking and garden. Whether you want to explore the whole of Cornwall or just take lots of lovely walks this is the place for you. You can almost smell the sea from here and from every direction it is a very short distance to join the South West Coastal Footpath from where you can spot the local fishing boats or yachts scudding by. On a clear night you have uninterrupted views of the moon and stars – this is a very peaceful spot to enjoy the amazing Lizard Peninsula.
ACCOMMODATION: Ground Floor: LARGE ENTRANCE HALLWAY. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker. Dining table and chairs with door leading to garden. UTILITY ROOM/CLOAKROOM: with washing machine and tumble dryer. LOUNGE: comfortable seating with TV, DVD player, open fire and plenty of books and games. TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS: both with king sized beds. TWIN BEDDED ROOM: one 3ft bed and one 2ft6 bed; small ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM, with washbasin and W.C. Please note the heated towel rail is in the twin bedroom. BATHROOM: with bath and washbasin. SEPARATE W.C. HEATING: electric convector heaters. GARDEN: garden area with picnic table and umbrella. PETS: by arrangement. PARKING: plenty of space for 2 cars. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels provided. What a lovely bungalow - the perfect base for Kennack Sands, Kynance Cove and Lizard Point. Everything we needed. Perfect place to chill too! Love Cadgwith - it's a little gem. We all had a fab time. Penmaur is home from home. We will definitely be back.
