Smyrna is one of the thatched whitewashed cottages at the heart of Cadgwith cove close to both beach and pub. With views over the cove and the sea, you will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Inside, all modern comforts are provided to a high standard and have been blended with original features including a huge inglenook fireplace and large window seats. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with seating and sea glimpses, or alternatively you can sit at the front of the cottage and enjoy watching all the activities of the cove.

SECOND LOUNGE: quiet area with comfortable seating, TV with Freesat and DVD. Bluetooth speaker, interesting books and games. Door leads out to GARDEN AREA: with teak seating. UTILITY AREA: with washing machine and second fridge. Separate WC. FIRST FLOOR: MAIN DOUBLE BEDROOM: with beautiful sea views. SHOWER ROOM: newly refurbished with large shower and WC. MAIN BATHROOM: also newly refurbished with bath, hand-held shower, heated towel rail and WC. SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDROOM: both with cove views. Wooden beams and large window seats feature in the bedrooms. HEATING: oil fired central heating. GARDEN: attractive enclosed patio area with garden chairs and table. We had a fab stay at Smyrna. Excellent property – everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Beautifully decorated – it was so fresh we worried about making scratches etc. Superbly clean and in fact, despite Covid, it was the first time I’ve not felt the need to clean an accommodation upon entry. It was so lovely I felt we needed to leave it in the same condition we found it in. We’ve been to Cadgwith several times and will certainly be returning.

Ruth Richardson, Berkshire Each time we visit Cadgwith it gets better and better. This visit the highlight was the artisan bread, baked locally. Smyrna was a delight as normal and Cadgwith Cove Cottages is a very well run, professional company.
