Ruan Minor is very much the gateway to Cadgwith and the cottage is situated in the heart of the village close to Ruan Minor Stores and café, church, tennis court and the recreation ground with children’s play area. Every Thursday the village hall has a thriving market. The cottage is very comfortably furnished and provides very easy living for both families and couples. The kitchen with dining area and open light space makes the perfect spot for just relaxing the whole day. The wide folding sliding doors lead out to the patio and garden - on a fine day it really feels like one very large room!

ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: KITCHEN/DINING AREA: very well equipped kitchen with electric 5 ring hob, 2 electric ovens, large fridge/freezer and attractive white units, large pine table, chairs and settle, slate flooring. The room opens to open light area with sofa and chairs and sliding doors with view of the garden. UTILTY ROOM: with washing machine and tumble drier. Separate WC. LARGE LOUNGE: with log burning stove, comfy seating and freeview TV. FIRST FLOOR: stairs lead to landing and separates to the right to small set of stairs to: MASTER DOUBLE BEDROOM: with 5 ft double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin. From landing stairs to the left to: SINGLE BEDROOM : with 3 ft day bed. TWIN BEDDED ROOM: with 3 ft beds. BATHROOM: with large bath with hand shower, separate shower unit , WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. GARDEN: with patio and picnic table. Pretty long lawn. Well Cottage is one of the nicest, most well equipped cottages we have stayed in on the Lizard peninsula, and we have visited the area every year for the past 20 years. It really is home from home and we hope to be blessed to stay there again. The staff at Cadgwith Cove Cottages are particularly helpful, even directing us to a new beach we had never come across before. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone - it is so relaxing and so much history there too.
