There are two cottages standing adjacent to each other – Wellspring is the larger of the two. The cottage is a mixture of old and new and has been refurbished to a high standard. Imagine a beach hut with its wood floors, colourful mix of white and blue and painted panelling walls – this is the style of this cottage with the sea not far away. Both The Lizard and Cadgwith are a short distance away where you will find good pubs, restaurants and shops. One of the main features is a log burning stove making this a very pleasant place to stay! You will find a grassy area outside with table and chairs and barbeque to be enjoyed when the sun is shining.

ACCOMMODATION: spacious Kitchen/Living/Dining area: with electric oven and gas hob, fridge. LIVING AREA: with 26” TV, DVD player and radio; comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs. Large SHOWER ROOM: with large shower, wash basin and WC. Attractive King Size DOUBLE BEDROOM: with pretty blue wood panelling. PARKING: just outside the property. HEATING: electric effect log burning stove and electric heating. SPECIAL NOTES: towels are provided but you are requested to bring your own beach towels. There are shared laundry facilities as the cottage is located on a quiet camp site. Cot and high chair available. Pauline, Bob and Torran Thank you so much for such a warm welcome - the cream tea was a lovely touch and Torran loved his dish of treats. We had a relaxing and enjoyable week, doing some great walks in the fantastic surrounding area.

Had a fantastic week. Cottage lovely - everything we needed and so pretty and welcoming. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We don't want to leave.
