At Southwind you will find a beautiful house in Cadgwith Cove, quietly situated in its own grounds and gardens. A two minute walk will take you down to the fishing beach and to all the activity of the Cove. Fishing boats bob on the sea while fishermen mend their nets. This really is still a very traditional working fishing village. Southwind enables you to enjoy all the wonders of Cornwall, together with peace and comfort. The gardens are a mixture of lawns and terraces with beckoning sea glimpses. The large serpentine stone terrace catches the sun for most of the day and the summerhouse has sea views. Accommodation:-Ground floor: Large entrance porch/conservatory with serpentine stone floor leads into spacious hallway. Large lounge: with French doors and garden views, feature fireplace with electric log effect fire, Colour TV and DVD player. Dining room: large room leads into kitchen, views over the valley and out to the garden. Well equipped, oak-fronted fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, separate ceramic hob, eye level double oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom: with bath, WC and wash basin. Large family bedroom: with double and two single beds and views over the garden. First floor: stairs (with restricted headroom due to window over half landing) leads to Double bedroom: and Twin bedroom: with views over garden and sea glimpses. Bathroom: with bath, WC and wash basin. Heating: oil fired central heating and electric fire. Parking: space for 2/3 cars. Special Note: the annexe (fully self-contained) adjoining the house may be used at times by the owners or visitors. |
