Smyrna is one of the thatched whitewashed cottages at the heart of Cadgwith cove close to both beach and pub. With views over the cove and the sea, you will wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Inside, all modern comforts are provided to a high standard and have been blended with original features including a huge inglenook fireplace and large window seats. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with seating and sea glimpses, or alternatively you can sit at the front of the cottage and enjoy watching all the activities of the cove.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table and chairs with window seat and view of the cove. SECOND LOUNGE: quiet area with comfortable seating, Smart TV with Freesat and DVD. Bluetooth speaker, interesting books and games. Door leads out to GARDEN AREA: with teak seating. UTILITY AREA: with washing machine and second fridge. Separate WC. FIRST FLOOR: MAIN DOUBLE BEDROOM: with beautiful sea views. SHOWER ROOM: newly refurbished with large shower and WC. MAIN BATHROOM: also newly refurbished with bath, hand-held shower, heated towel rail and WC. SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDROOM: both with cove views. Wooden beams and large window seats feature in the bedrooms. HEATING: oil fired central heating. GARDEN: attractive enclosed patio area with garden chairs and table. PARKING: space strictly reserved for one car only, in private car park less than 100 yards away. PETS: sorry - no pets allowed. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels are provided. We all had such a great time at Smyrna. The cottage is perfectly placed in Cadgwith, with the added bonus of the enclosed garden. We were all so happy we are planning to return next year. Just one thought – perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a fixed shower over the bath as we never used it. We all preferred the shower room with its cubicle.
