We had a lovely week in Carlton Cottage. It’s a beautiful cottage with everything we needed to enjoy our Christmas. So lovely and cosy to come back to after we had been walking on the cliff path. We will certainly be back soon.

We had a wonderful week at Carlton Cottage. It was beautifully clean, well equipped, very comfortable and we liked the position in the village. We were made to feel very welcome, with a bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit. As commented before, the bathroom could be a bit bigger – we managed it well but it would be rather restricted for anyone with a mobility issue. We would certainly book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carlton Cottage. The cottage is very comfortable, well-equipped and well cared for, inside and out. Nice position in the village and easy access down to the cove. The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but this has to be balanced against a really good bedroom space and wouldn't put us off booking again. We had a most enjoyable final evening down at the cove inn for the sea shanty singing that we hope to join in with next year.

We loved everything about Carlton Cottage. The standards are fabulous - we have never been in such a well-appointed place. The weather was not great, but the cottage was!

We had such a wonderful time at Carlton Cottage. A massive thank you to the owners for being such friendly and hospitable hosts, and providing such a well-equipped, tidy and clean cottage. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Thanks also for the welcoming goodies and lovely roses, and especially the freshly caught fish. The weather was brilliant and we had a great time swimming at Kynance, and an interesting swim in the cove with compass jellyfish! We have already booked again for next year.

We had a lovely stay at Carlton Cottage. It’s clean, bright, cosy and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is great. It’s a nice quiet village and the house is right by the shop. It’s a stroll from Cadgwith Cove, where we swam and ate dinner a few times. Great spot! Couldn’t recommend it more. Great value for money too!

Carlton Cottage exceeded our expectations, especially the well-equipped kitchen. The standard of the cottage is excellent and we will be singing its praises, as well as those of Cadgwith and the surrounding coastline. We have had a fantastic holiday here in Cornwall. PS - the lobsters were unbelievably yummy.
